If Our Camera Worked

If our camera worked I would have taken so many cute pictures of Claire this weekend. (Because in this hypothetical world, not only would the camera work, it would also always be by my side, and I would definitely capture these cute moments before Claire was onto something else.) Here's what you would have seen if our camera was functioning. Claire:

• Trying on the big blaze orange construction vest from Ryan's work
• Becoming an amazing architect, building "houses", "steps" and "beds" for all of her dolls and animals out of Legos
  
• Carrying a basil plant around the backyard for daddy to plant
• Smelling and toting around the mini rose bouquet Grandma and Grandma bought her at the farmer's market.
• Eating a smiley face cookie the size of her own smiley face (daddy and mommy might have helped a little)
• Loving our garden gnome: carrying him everywhere outside and even giving him a ride on her (not-so-big) big wheel
